There are many different ways our service options can benefit your practice. Q: How long is the commitment?

We require a 3-month commitment from our clients. When working with Elevate Billing Solutions, you are entering into a relationship investment of trust and expertise that takes time. Three months gives us enough time to on-board and become acclimated with your practice, and by that time the practice can expect to see tangible impacts. If you would like to cancel service after the first 3 months, we simply ask for 30 days notice.

Q: How do you access our dental software?

For cloud-based systems: We access your dental software with an account log-in assigned to our EZ Dental Billing Team. For other systems: We use a secure screen connect software that allows us to remotely access your computer and dental software.

Q: Do I just email everything over to you then?

No, you will actually just scan all checks and EOB’s into an EZ Dental Billing file that we create for you. We will follow-up by email to provide your daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
